Shannon Taatjes is the creator of the lifestyle blog Happy WifeStyle with a passion for health and wellness. Through her platforms, she strives to be an inspiration for others to live their best lives and is committed to helping people realize just how good their bodies are designed to feel.  She believes that proper nutrition is the best tool to accomplish this. After completing her first Whole30 in January of 2015, her life changed so significantly that she has gone on to lead hundreds of people through the Whole30 program.

In addition to being a Certified Whole30 Coach, Shannon is Nutritious Life Certified and a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners). She loves living in beautiful Sonoma County with her Chiropractor husband and two French Bulldogs.

“Life is too short to live a mediocre life. It’s never too late to change your story. You can do hard things and I’m so grateful my job is to help you change your relationship with food and find YOUR food freedom.”

How can a Whole30 Certified Coach help you succeed?

There is a lot of Whole30 support out there—our free Whole30 forum, seven Whole30 books, our thriving social media community, and weekly newsletters. But nothing takes the place of in-person social support, advice, and accountability. That’s where I come in..,

Having a Whole30 Certified Coach guide you through the process of elimination and reintroduction gives you access to personalized recommendations for meal prep, travel, managing cravings, and navigating social situations. I can be your phone-a-friend when you need encouragement or tough love, your accountability when temptations hit, and your concierge for local Whole30-friendly restaurants, grocery stores, and airport kiosks.

You’re working hard to change your health, habits, and relationship with food. Let me make your first (or next) Whole30 easier, more fun, and even more life-changing. I look forward to working with you.
