One week until the first Happy WifeStyle Fitness Challenge! It's not too late to join in! I want to thank everyone who responded, I am SO excited that I heard from women all across the country who are going to join in...we are going to get healthier together!
In case you missed it, it will start June 1st, next Sunday, and it will be a great way to start exercising...feel energized, healthier, lighter and more confident. YOU decide what YOUR commitment is, and we are going to do this together for 30 days! This 30-day discipline will create a healthy "habit" for you... and everyone can carve out 7 MINUTES out of their day! No more excuses of not having the time to exercise! If you want to do more than 7 minutes, great! But do at least 7 minutes (one set) as often as YOU decide per week that feels right to you...I recommend every other day... I am committing to the workout every other day and walking at least 30 minutes on the "in between" day. I will be posting daily MY experience and motivating you on this adventure!
It's HARDER to exercise at home because you have to have "self discipline", so by creating this challenge, my goal is to help you feel supported by knowing that there will be other women (and men!)...all across the country doing the same thing you are!!
I encourage you to join us.... share this with someone you think will benefit....and most of all HAVE FUN with it! Do the best YOU can! You can do anything for 30 days. You're stronger than you know. On Day 30 ... I predict you'll be HAPPIER than you were on Day 1!
