It's Day 27 of the Fitness Challenge! I know some of you have had a setback or two during this challenge, but the important part is to pick yourself back up and just keep moving forward! Don't let it stop you! You are doing FANTASTIC! Some of you are just powering through this challenge and that is AWESOME!
I was reading about squats today and it says that squats... the 6th move in this 7 Minute Workout... burns more calories than almost any other move! That's because you are working a large muscle, your quads mainly. So don't cheat during those squats!! Make it burn baby!!
I saw a funny e-card... it says something like "Diamonds are a girl's best friend? False. SQUATS and Nikes are a girl's best friend." THAT made me laugh because it's totally true once you hit 40!!
LOVING this workout, I hope you are too. Thank you SO much for joining me in this challenge, it almost saddens me to be nearing the end!! Not really though...because we are creating healthy HABITS and I am looking forward to continuing this one. If you choose... I'll still be here cheering you on once this challenge is over...don't you worry!! :)
