It is Day 29 of this Fitness Challenge. REMEMBER, if you are doing an alternating walk day in between like I am... that meant today was your day to record your STATS!! Since tomorrow, Day 30, is a walk/hike day, this is your day to see how you did compared to your start day!!!! :) I wrote down my stats on Day 1 and again on Day 15.... so I recorded them again today!!
On Day 15, I wrote down my stats next to my Day 1's number on the same sheet of paper.... therefore I kind of knew what I had to beat. Today, I couldn't find that sheet of paper, so I did it without knowing what my old numbers were! I must admit, I was a little nervous I wouldn't PUSH myself hard enough without knowing what I had to beat! Well, I'm glad I did it this way.... because I truly know now that I AM stronger today than I was on Day One. I HAVE improved since Day One. It feels SO GREAT to have accomplished this!! But it's not over yet... Day 30 is tomorrow!!!!! Here's my stats for: Day 1, Day 15, and TODAY (Day 29)...
- Jumping Jacks: 35, 40, 41
- Push Ups: 15, 21, 24
- Crunches: 22, 30, 30
- Chair Step Ups: 13, 15, 15
- Squats: 18, 21, 22
- Tricep Dips: 18, 32, 32
- High Knees: 70, 75, 81
- Lunges: 14, 18, 18
- Push Up Rotations: 7, 10, 15
REMEMBER, you are not comparing YOUR numbers to MY numbers. You are comparing YOUR numbers to YOUR Day One numbers.
